These terms govern your use of the DNP application and this website. They are written to be readable — no clause hide-and-seek. If a summary and a lawyer disagree, the honest fix is to rewrite the clause, so this page is the whole contract.

Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using DNP you agree to these terms. If you use DNP on behalf of a team, you confirm you are authorized to bind that team as well.
What DNP is — and is not yet
DNP is a desktop application in active development. The workspace that ships today lets you orchestrate canvases, briefs and peer-review loops locally; the connected-agent runs shown in previews are not in the app yet.
Because development is fast, features can change, appear or disappear between releases. Nothing on this site or in the app is a binding promise about future functionality until it actually ships.
License to use
While you comply with these terms, DNP grants you a limited, revocable license to:
- Run the app on machines you control
- Use DNP for personal and commercial work
- Keep using output produced in your own workspaces however you like
What is not allowed: selling, sublicensing or redistributing the app itself.
Your content
Your canvases, briefs, workspace files and everything your agents produce are yours. DNP claims no ownership of them and no license to reuse them beyond what is strictly needed to run the app on your machine.
You remain responsible for what your agents are asked to do and for reviewing their output before it reaches your users.
Agents and third-party services
Connected agents are third-party tools. Their behavior, model quality and data handling are governed by the terms of the provider you configured — not by these terms.
DNP does not execute agent changes without your workspace and your credentials. Review diffs before you ship; automation is the reason you set criteria, and the Reviewer agents are there to hold the gate.
Plans, billing and refunds
Free includes one workspace and the same tools as Pro. Pro adds unlimited workspaces: $9 USD per month billed monthly, or $90 USD billed yearly.
Subscriptions are managed in the app and processed by the payment provider. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps paid access until the end of the period already billed. Prices may change with advance notice before renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DNP — or make its agents act — in ways that:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Attempt to defeat, bypass or tamper with licensing or the app itself
- Target systems you are not authorized to touch, on or off your canvas
Warranty disclaimer
DNP is provided “as is” while it is in development. It can crash, features can be reshaped, and agents — however well briefed — are software, not teammates with judgment. Keep your project under version control and treat every agent diff as unverified until your own checks pass.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the DNP team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, interrupted business — arising from the use of the app. Aggregate liability is capped at what you paid DNP in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
These terms will evolve with the product. Meaningful changes are dated at the top of this page; continued use of DNP after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using DNP at any time by deleting the app — your local data goes with it. The team may end a license or discontinue the product; your workspace files are yours and remain on your machine regardless.
